It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange it according to the policies below.
Return Policy:
1) Item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the day it was delivered based on the tracking information.
2) Item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e., must be UNWORN and UNALTERED. If there are tags, they must not be removed or reattached. They should still be attached as they were when you received the item.
3) Item(s) with dirt, stains, rips, tears, scuffs, broken pieces, perfumes, odors, etc., that were not there when item was shipped to you will not be accepted, and no refund will be given. Because obviously, if they are damaged, they will no longer be sell-able. So please be courteous and protect the merchandise if you plan to return/exchange them.
4) Item(s) must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING / BOX and contain all original wrapping tissue in the box.
5) Final Sale Items do not qualify for returns.
** Note: We strongly encourage you to include tracking when you return an item, as we only provide refunds for items delivered to us.
Exchange Policy:
Any of the shoes in our store, with the exception of Final Sale Items, can be exchanged. However, because each pair of shoes shown on this site is one-of-a-kind, there are NO REPLACEMENTS available.
So, if you no longer want the shoes you ordered after receiving them, and they are not defective, or not an incorrect item, there are two options:
1) Exchange them for another one-of-a-kind style as per our Shipping Policy.
2) Return them as per our Shipping Policy and request a refund as per our Refund Options (See below).
** Note: We strongly encourage you to include tracking when you return an item, as we only provide refunds for items delivered to us.
Shipping Policy:
All of our shoes ship to you FREE!
Return Shipping:
If item received is defective or SFMC sent an incorrect item, we are responsible, and will of course, cover the Return Shipping.
If item received is not defective, and SFMC sent the correct item, the customer is responsible for Return Shipping.
For Example …
1) If the customer receives correct item and decide they no longer want it; OR want to exchange the item for a different item, then customer is responsible for Return Shipping.
2) If customer receives item as a result of MISSING THE CANCELLATION TIME-FRAME, then customer is responsible for Return Shipping (See Cancellation Policy).
Refund Options:
Once we receive and ensure the item is in the same condition as when we sent it to you, a refund will be credited according to your chosen “Refund Option.”
Return your purchase for a refund.
If you choose to receive a refund, we will credit your method of payment within 7 – 10 days.
**Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an extra 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Return your purchase for store credit + an extra 5%.
If you choose to receive store credit, we will email you a coupon code for the cost of the item + 5% to be used on our site within 6 months from the date you receive your email coupon.
** The cost of the item refers to the cost before taxes or shipping is applied.
