Cancellation Policy

Customer Requested Cancellation

Orders placed on our website are processed automatically, but shipping is held for 2 hours as a courtesy to allow our customers to Cancel their order should they need to.  If no cancellation happens, the package is sent out immediately after the 2-hour time-frame.

Orders can be Cancelled by doing one of the following:

1) Follow the button at the bottom of this page to cancel order.

2) When a customer places an order on our website, they automatically receive an email confirmation of their order.  At the bottom of the email is a link to our “Cancel Order” form.  As soon as it is determined that an order cancellation is needed, please follow the link to our Cancellation form and fill it out immediately.  The sooner we receive the Cancellation form, the faster we can cancel the order and stop it from being shipped out.

IF CANCELLATION TIME-FRAME IS MISSED, customer is responsible for returning the item by their own means.  Shoes From My Closet is not responsible for lost packages and cannot require tracking.  While some undeliverable packages can be tracked back to us, some cannot.  Thus, we strongly encourage you to include tracking when you return the item so you know when we have received it.  AS WE ONLY PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DELIVERED TO US.

**Please note that depending on your credit card company, refunds may take an extra 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Automatic Cancellation

There are times when Shoes From My Closet has to cancel orders automatically, and when we do, we make every effort to quickly tell you of this action.  We will send out an email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and you will not be charged for any items in your order.  The following are reasons for automatic cancellation of your order:

1) Problems with your payment information

2) A duplicate order exists at the same time for the same address
